Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all fidget attachments and sensory tags are intact and the garment is unworn.
Attach the Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.
Receive Your Refund
Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or ship your new exchange item within 5-7 business days.
